What is cashback?
Cashback is a part of the cost of your purchase that will be returned to your card in real money that can be used without restrictions.
Who can use Solfy Foyda cashback?

NBU clients who have any debit card in sums (including salary cards). The service is already connected and is free for the client. If you do not have an NBU card, you can apply for one at anybank branch.

How can I earn cashback?
Make as many purchases as possible in Solfy partner stores. Cashback is calculated immediately after each purchase, and it is paid out once to your card before the 25th of the month following the month of purchase (i.e., the month the purchase is reflected on the invoice).
I don't believe the service is free. What's the catch with the program?
It is beneficial for our partners that you make purchases from them, and it is beneficial for NBU to increase the number of transactions on its cards. Therefore, all mutual offsets occur between partners and for you the service is not only free, but also allows you to earn on purchases! Our terms are completely transparent.
When is cashback paid to the card?
Cashback is paid before the 25th day of the month following the month of purchase (the month when the purchase is reflected on the invoice).
Will I get cashback on purchases in non-partner stores, p2p transfers, or payment for services from an NBU card in payment services?
No, cashback is only accrued for purchases in Solfy partner stores, and the purchase can be made by you both in the store and online - on the program partner's website
I have multiple NBU debit cards, how will I receive cashback?
You will receive cashback for each card separately. Cashback is returned in real money to the card with which the purchase was paid in the Solfy partner store.
My card has expired or is blocked. How will I receive cashback?
You need to contact your bank to unblock or reissue the card. If you unblock/reissue before the 20th day of the month following the month of purchase, your cashback will be paid to the card. If you do not make it by the specified date, then the cashback payment for this period will only be possible upon individual contact with Solfy support.
My card has been reissued. How will I receive cashback?
No problem, your cashback will be paid immediately to the new card, taking into account purchases made earlier with the reissued card.
How do I know which purchases I received cashback for?
We are already working on the cashback statement and payment history, which will soon appear in the Solfy mobile app. You can now contact Solfy support.
Do I have to pay taxes on the cashback I receive?
No, they should not, in accordance with Article 369 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Is it possible to get cashback on the Solfy installment card?
No, cashback under the Solfy Foyda program is only accrued for purchases made with debit cards in sums from NBU.
I made a purchase on August 30, why did I receive cashback in October?
Cashback is paid out before the 25th day of the month following the month in which the purchase is reflected on the account. If your purchase was actually made on August 30, but is reflected on the bank statement on September 1, then cashback for such a purchase will be paid to you before October 25.
Can partner stores for the Solfy installment card and the Solfy Foyda program differ??
Solfy partner stores for different programs may be the same or different. For your convenience, detailed information on stores for each program is posted on the website and in the Solfy mobile app.
What are the restrictions on spending the amount of cashback received, can I spend it only in partner stores?
No, cashback is returned to your card in real money and you can use it at your own discretion and without any restrictions.
